Care Plus Group: Here for North East Lincolnshire

Care Plus Group has been part of our local community since 2011, providing health and social care services that make a real difference to people’s lives — whether it’s helping someone stay independent at home, supporting carers who give so much of themselves, or simply being there when times get tough.

A new chapter with familiar values

This past May, Lisa Revell stepped into the role of CEO. With nearly 30 years of nursing experience and involvement with Care Plus Group since its formation, Lisa knows the people, understands the needs, and is passionate about the work being done every day. Under her leadership, Care Plus Group continues to expand its services, embracing the NHS’s 10-year plan: going digital, providing more care in people’s homes, and focusing on prevention.

A safety net when you need it most

Care Plus Group is launching a new falls response service designed to help people who have fallen at home, preventing unnecessary hospital trips and getting them the right support quickly. Care homes and community members can access this service through a single point of access number: 256256. It’s a number worth saving in your phone.

Getting help

For those struggling with loneliness, Care Plus Group organises social clubs where people can connect. They provide dedicated support for carers, and during the cost-of-living crisis they’re running clothing donation campaigns and helping connect people to warm spaces during winter.
